Abstract: This presentation made was at the 2006 Federal IT Summit by Mr. Jerry Dixon, Deputy Director, US/CERT, Department of Homeland Security. The title of the presentation was Cyber-Security--Get Involved and Remain Vigilant. Mr. Dixon was joined by Mr. Ed Roback, Associate CIO for Cyber-Security at the Department of the Treasury and Mr. Arthur Friedman Technical Leader for the IA Research and Technology Defense-Wide Information Assurance Program at the Department of Defense. Their presentations are also posted here. The slides were presented on October 4, 2006 at the FDIC training center to over 300 federal IT workers. The event was co-sponsored by the Office of Management and Budget’s Office of E-Government and the Federal CIO Council’s IT Workforce Committee.
